The website www.maply.io (“SITE”), in accordance with the nature of the services provided, collects information about company representatives and visitors to the platform.
This Privacy and Confidentiality Policy (“Policy”) describes the information collected and the practices adopted to ensure full transparency and security in the processing of such information.

Maply reaffirms its commitment to the privacy of the information of the representatives of partner companies and of visitors, applying advanced information security practices and technologies.
1.2. Integration with the TCDU
This document is an integral part of Maply’s Terms and Conditions of Use (TCDU) and, where applicable, of specific agreements entered into with each client company.
Acceptance of the TCDU or of an agreement implies automatic acceptance of this Policy.
1.3. Consent
By registering and/or browsing the SITE and/or Service, the REPRESENTATIVE of the client company or the VISITOR freely, informedly, and unequivocally consents to the use of their information, in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.
Consent may be revoked at any time by means of a request sent to the channel privacidade@maply.io, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out previously.
2. Information Collected
2.1. Required Data
To use Maply’s services, the authorized representative of the client company must register and provide the minimum data necessary for authentication, including:
- Full name
- Corporate email address
This data is requested, received, and stored for the sole purpose of providing secure and personalized access to the platform.
2.2. Data Verification
Maply may verify the data provided, including queries to public entities or databases, processing such information confidentially and limiting itself to the minimum collection necessary.
2.3. Automatic Collection
Maply automatically collects and stores information about the activity of USERS and VISITORS, which may include:
- Source and destination URLs
- Browser used
- Access IP address
- Pages visited and searches performed
- Inserted images and messages
- Flight, aircraft, and geolocation information
2.3.1. Approximate location derived from the IP
Maply may automatically collect the visitor’s public IP address, on a transient and non-identifiable basis, for the sole purpose of determining the approximate location (country, state, and city) for statistical analysis, fraud prevention, and the improvement of commercial communications.
The IP address is neither stored nor directly associated with personal data, being immediately converted into aggregated location information and then discarded.
This processing is based on the legitimate interest of the controller (art. 7, IX, of the LGPD) and complies with good data protection and anonymization practices.
2.4. Communications
Maply stores information contained in communications carried out through the platform or by email between USERS and Maply, exclusively for support and customer service purposes.
3. Use of the Information by Maply
The information collected has the following purposes:
3.1. Authentication and Personalization
- To facilitate contact with the client company’s representative when necessary;
- To authenticate USERS and adapt the platform to the operational needs of companies.
3.2. Internal Analyses
- To develop internal analyses to understand platform usage and improve the services.
3.3. Service and Communications Improvement
- To analyze platform usage (pages visited, searches performed) to personalize content and services;
- To send communications about updates and new features, with the option to opt out of promotional lists.
3.4. Legal Basis
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal grounds of performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interest of the controller, where applicable.
4. Confidentiality of the Information
4.1. Non-Sharing Commitment
Maply undertakes not to sell, rent, or share the PERSONAL DATA of company representatives, except under the conditions provided for in this Policy.
4.2. Data Protection
Maply adopts the best practices and technologies available to protect the privacy and security of the data of corporate USERS.
4.3. Legal Requests
In the event of court orders or legal provisions, Maply may be compelled to provide information to authorities or authorized third parties, and shall not be liable for disclosures arising from such requirements or from interceptions by third parties.
5. Personal Password and Authentication
5.1. Personal Password
Each registered USER has a personal password, created and maintained in full confidentiality.
The USER is fully responsible for all actions carried out with their username and password, and must change it immediately in the event of suspected compromise.
5.2. Single Sign-On (SSO)
Maply offers Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, allowing integrated access to the client company’s corporate authentication system, ensuring security and simplicity.
6. Cookies
6.1. Use of Cookies
Maply uses cookies for technical monitoring and personalization of the services.
The installation of non-essential cookies is subject to the visitor’s consent, who may manage their preferences at any time, using the options made available on the website.
6.2. Purposes of Cookies
Cookies are used to:
- Analyze pages browsed and searches performed;
- Enhance commercial initiatives and content offerings;
- Personalize services and communications;
- Promote security guidelines for the SITE and/or Service;
- Assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

The USER and the VISITOR acknowledge and accept the use of Web Beacons exclusively for technical and service-improvement purposes, in accordance with this Policy.
8. Legal Requests
8.1. Cooperation with Authorities
Maply cooperates with the competent authorities to ensure compliance with the laws, especially regarding the protection of intellectual property, fraud prevention, and other applicable rules.
8.2. Disclosure of Data
Maply may share USERS’ information to:
- Comply with formal requests from judicial or governmental authorities;
- Collaborate with investigations of rights violations, fraud, or illegal activities;
- Comply with Intellectual Property Protection Programs.
8.3. Suspected Illegal Conduct
In cases of reasonable suspicion of illegal or harmful conduct, Maply may share information with authorities or third parties to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.
9. Security and Storage of Information
9.1. Security Measures
Maply adopts advanced protection standards, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers (SSL), to safeguard data against loss, unauthorized access, and improper disclosure, restricting access to authorized personnel.

Despite the security measures, Maply does not guarantee absolute security on the internet and is not liable for unlawful interceptions or system breaches by unauthorized third parties.

USERS’ data is stored in secure and controlled environments, which may be located in Brazil, the United States, or other countries.
Contracting companies and USERS authorize the international transfer of such data, in accordance with contractual obligations and adequate protection safeguards.
10. Email Preferences
10.1. Communications
Maply keeps USERS informed about updates, features, and relevant information.
USERS may adjust their preferences for receiving promotional or informational emails at any time.
11. Rights of Access, Cancellation, and Rectification of Data
11.1. User Rights
The USER may exercise their rights of access, correction, updating, portability, deletion, and revocation of consent, as provided for in the LGPD, ensuring the truthfulness and authenticity of the information provided. Where mandatory data protection laws of your country of residence apply to you, you may have additional rights, which we will honor to the extent required by the applicable law.
11.2. Modification of Data
The USER may review and modify:
- Name and corporate email address;
- Registration data;
- Personal password.
11.3. Data Retention
Maply may retain deleted PERSONAL DATA for the purposes of dispute resolution, fraud control, or compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
For technical reasons, removal may not be immediate.
11.4. Data Updating
The USER must keep their information up to date, making changes directly in their profile.
12. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Maply Tecnologia has appointed Andrei Amaral Campos as the Officer in charge of Personal Data Processing (DPO), responsible for handling requests from data subjects and from the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
